Hey! Tell us about yourself and a fun fact.
Hey! Outside of running Newny. I've been involved in planning and hosting my local TEDxTalks first ever virtual event! Nerve racking but an amazing way to get super useful insights for my work with Newny. My favourite quote is 'learn something useful so you can see your impact scale' [Unknown].
What motivated you to start your company?
We've been having a lot of conversations with Event Managers to try and understand their workflow. So much has changed in 2020 that many are still trying to find the right set of tools for their webinars and workshops.
We discovered that many were using a combination of Google forms and spreadsheets to measure their audience engagement KPIs. Incredibly inefficient! We decided to build an intuitive Live Q&A and Feedback tool that encourages audience participation and helps you make sense of the data flow with our beautiful dashboard.

How do you acquire users and grow your company?
The beauty of a product like Newny is that it utilises what they call The Network Effect. The product is shared with the audience and often audience members are other businesses that use virtual events as a customer engagement or acquisition channel. So the majority of interest we've had has been people experiencing the product for themselves!
What is your future goal?
The future for Newny is super exciting! We want to build the most powerful event engagement analytics platform on the market.
We're planning to integrate with Zoom and Teams (as most of our prospects have asked for) this year. This will allow us to give our clients a much deeper understanding of how their events perform.
The overarching goal is to help businesses of all sizes get more success from their virtual events.
